A.      Land Sale Resolution #286 of 2006 amending Land Sale Resolution #209 of 2006 dated September 7, 2006. 
 
                                 B.     Council Resolution #287 of 2006 authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with a third-party vendor allowing them to accept credit cards, debit cards and electronic checks as payment from City customers. 
 
C.      Council Resolution #288 of 2006 authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with the MDA Regional Alliance to partner with other communities using cooperatively created logo images and brands to promote the Central Upstate New York Region.  (FORTH COMING)  
 
D.      Council Resolution #289 of 2006 authorizing the Interim City Manager to fill any or all of the three (3) positions in the Office of Corporation Counsel, which will be vacated on January 1, 2007. 
 
E.      Council Resolution #290 of 2006 amending the system of examination and approval of purchase orders as authorized by Council Resolution #22 of 2006.
